BRITAINS LONGEST SERVING PRISONER OF A MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE

It seems something of a cruel irony that one of Britain’s longest-serving alleged victims of wrongful conviction and imprisonment is called Clive Freeman. Indeed, Mr Freeman has not been a free man for more than 36 years, and counting, as he languishes in prison protesting his innocence for the murder of Alexander Hardie, a man who almost certainly died of natural causes and no crime even occurred.
